6-foot-8 Phil (Franklin High) Fayne is a freshman at Western Nebraska this season and in 14 games and just under 21 minutes thus far, he is averaging 12.1 points and 5.5 rebounds per game while shooting 64% overall and 48% from the foul line. His rebounding is almost split evenly between offensive and defensive boards.
