Two Nor Cal products aid UCSC win

Santa Cruz Sentinel: "Sophomore forward Sam Gabbard had 15 points and 13 rebounds to help the UC Santa Cruz men’s basketball team beat Caltech 71-59 at Kaiser Permanente Arena on Wednesday.

The victory helped UCSC (3-8) to its first win streak of the seasons after topping host Linfield on Sunday.

Freshman center Will Crain added 12 points and seven rebounds and sophomore forward Andrew Jones had 12 points for UCSC. Sophomore guard Adam Marlow had nine points and eight assists..."

Gabbard is out of Vacaville High and Crain is from Casa Grande High.
