Fayne to Illinois State

Former Franklin High frontcourter 6-foot-8 Phil Fayne, who played at Western Nebraska this season as a freshman, has chosen Illinois State as his D1 destination.

Fayne will have three years of eligibility remaining. He averged 11.6 points plus 6.7 rebounds this season, shooting 62% overall and 41% at the foul line in 22 minutes a game.
