Michael Carter III: "Blessed to say I Have Received my First offer from the University of San Francisco!!"
He's a 6-foot-4 2016 guard out of Washington and recently posted: "I am very excited to announce that I will be staying home and being a part of Elite Sports Academy next year!" That will make him a 2017 recruit.
