On Friday, host UC Irvine matched up with Pomona-Pitzer and notched an 83-50 victory. For the Anteaters, Jonathan (Salesian High) Galloway posted a six point, five rebound line in just 18 minutes of action. Freshman guard Micah (Lick-Wilmerding) Elan paced the Sagehens with 13 points and added four rebounds, two assists and two steals. Teammate Daniel (Los Altos High) Rosenbaum scored 10 points and also provided six rebounds plus five assists, both team bests.
