Looks like Davis is getting a good one

Darius Graham will have graduated next season as will the second leading assist man so playing time will be available at the point for UC Davis. That's where 5-foot-10 T.J. Shorts comes in. A sophomore out of Saddleback College and an Aggie signee in November, he is averaging 35 minutes a game, 19.0 points, 5.7 assists and 3.9 rebounds while shooting 56%, 50% and 70% respectively this season.

Shorts earned Orange Empire Conference Most Valuable Player honors for his play last season.

Saddleback just beat a very tough East Los Angeles team on Wednesday with Shorts going for 27 points, eight assists, seven rebounds and two steals. He shot 9-15, 1-3 and 8-9 overall.
