In the Long Beach State 70-64 homecourt win over UC Riverside on Saturday, Temedayo (St. Joseph Notre Dame) Yussef scored 12 points, grabbed four boards and dished out a pair of assists in the success for the 49ers.
For the Highlanders, Malik (Pleasant Grove High/Central Arizona) Thames totaled 14 points, four rebounds and three assists.
