San Francisco State dropped a 73-60 game to Cal State Dominiguez Hills last night as Gator athletics reports.

Host Cal State Los Angeles topped Sonoma State University 66-56 last night, as Seawolves athletics reports. Backcourter Will Olsem scored 15 points on 5-9 three-point shooting for the Rohnert Park-ers. James Tillman, a Cosumnes River College transfer, totaled 14 for the victors.

The William Jessup Warriors are champions

The William Jessup University men's basketball clinched the 2013 California Pacific Conference regular season championship with a 62-61 comeback win over Menlo College on Thursday night.  With the win, the Warriors clinched the #1 seed in the California Pacific Conference Tournament which starts next week. It's the Warriors first championship since the 2009-10 season when they shared the Championship with California Maritime and Holy Names...

Weber wins another

Weber State continued to roll, this time 69-61 versus visiting Montana State last night as Davion Berry totaled 21 points (7-7 overall shooting, 4-4 from long distance, 3-3 from the foul line), five assists and four rebounds while Jordan Richardson produced 16 points on 7-9 overall shooting and Frank Otis scored 14 points and grabbed five boards.

Irvine by 20

Host UC Irvine handled Cal State Fullerton rather easily 86-66 last night behind 10 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots from Will Davis. None of the Titans enjoyed a solid night, the best being Alex Harris with 12 points, four rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals.

Aztecs fall despite Tapley's efforts

UNLV topped San Diego State 72-70 on Saturday despite a team-leading 22 points (4-8 from long distance) and six boards from Chase Tapley.

Chiverton leads EW to victory

Eastern Washington downed Southern Utah 86-72 last night with Collin Chiverton scoring 18 points in just 10 minutes of court time for the victors.

Johnson carries Lafayette

Senior backcourter Tony Johnson hit a last second jumper to propel Lafayette to a 63-62 victory over rival Bucknell. He hit a layup just earlier to bring the Leopards with one point. For the day, Johnson totaled 17 points, five assists and two steals with zero turnovers.
