From John Devine:
Former Palma High and Hartnell College point (and St. Mary's) guard E.J. Rowland is tearing up the EuroCup Tournament for Banvit, averaging a team high 16.1 points and 5.3 assists a game.
Rowland’s scoring numbers in the EuroCup are nearly double his total in the regular season for Banvit in the Turkish League, as the 6-foot-2 playmaker is averaging 8.5 points a game.
The 31-year-old Rowland, who led St. Mary’s to an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2004, is a former Euro MVP.
