Down south last night, Cal Poly Pomona and Humboldt State slugged it out with the former winning 81-79 after two overtime sessions.
In 41 minutes, junior guard Barry (McClymonds High) Bell produced 15 points, six rebounds, five steals and a trio of assists for CPP.
For HSU, Austin Bryan and Allan Guei totaled 28 and 23 points respectively.
