Here's the catchup links we missed during our off the grid time

We decided to attempt to place all of our catchup links in one post, so here goes.

Raphielle Johnson writes about Day Two in Las Vegas, involving the Oakland Soldiers taking down Belmont Shore.

In the Desert Duel Memorial tourney, Raphielle Johnson (again) covers McKenzie Moore and Devereaux Manley of Team 94:
"...From there it was on to Team 94, which features Providence target McKenzie Moore (2012). Unfortunately for Team 94 he was lost in the second half due to an ankle injury, but his distribution ability in the first half played a large role in their jumping out to a lead as large as 20 (22-2).
The perimeter shot needs work (it’s almost more of a set shot right now) but his ability to beat guys off the dribble and see over defenders opened things up for players such as Devereaux Manley (2012), who was arguably the best player on the floor.
Manley displayed a diverse array of skills, knocking down perimeter shots while also getting to the hoop off the bounce and even making a few back to the basket moves. He’s also a good defender who can take on a variety of assignments, even guarding interior prospect Charles Mitchell for large stretches of the game..."
Ronnie Flores covers the Branch West takedown of the Soldiers.
