2015 TEAM SELECT "FALL BALL" TRYOUTS

BOYS 9u-14u

 7 TOURNAMENTS / 20+ GAMES / 6 ADVANCED TRAINING SESSIONS

Team Select's "FALL BALL" program is designed to allow members to work on their deficiencies & fine tune their strengths in all 5 areas of the game of basketball (DEFENSE / BALL HANDLING / REBOUNDING / PASSING / SHOOTING). This will be achieved by way of advanced drills conducted by some of the TOP coaches & trainers in our area. In addition, members will improve in the areas of FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH & AGILITY through a series of PLYOMETRICS & isolated drills.

 *Sat & Sun Aug 29-30 / "TOURNAMENT of CHAMPIONS" / JAMTOWN / Bay Area Sports

* Sunday Sept 6 / Training / 4-7PM

* Sunday Sept 13 / Training / 4-7PM

*** NO GAMES OR TRAINING ON THE WEEKEND OF SEPT 19-20 ***

*Sat & Sun Sept 26-27 / 4th Annual "FALL CLASSIC" / JAMTOWN / Events by Select

* Sat & Sun Oct 3-4 / "FALL CLASSIC" / SF City College / Bay City

 * Sunday Oct 11 / Training / 4-7PM

 * Sunday Oct 18 / Training / 4-7PM

* Sat & Sun Oct 24-25 / "HALLOWEEN HAVOC" / Alameda Point / Bay Area Mambas

 ON TRAINING DAYS; 9s/10s/11s/12s WILL COME IN FOR THE FIRST 90min THEN 13s/14s/15s WILL COME IN FOR THE LAST 90min

TRYOUTS
