6-foot-7 Dylan Belquist was named the tournament Most Valuable Player as Los Gatos won the three-day Paul Spates Classic held at The King's Academy over the weekend.
Belquist compiled 18 points, six rebounds and two blocked shots as Los Gatos downed Independence High 62-54.
Then it was 18, six and two again in a 67-40 victory over Capuchino.
On Saturday, the Wildcats took down Lynbrook High 52-42 to win the championship with Belquist going for 22 points. He added four boards, three assists and three steals.
