On Friday as part of the tournament at Skyline College, Reedley College edged West Valley College 65-64. For the Vikings, Mohammed (Fremont High) Abdulrasul led with 18 points but didn't shoot all that well. Teammate John (Leigh High) Verner went for nine points, six rebounds and four assists while Swade (Castlemont High) Edwards tallied nine points, eight assists and six boards.
