Peter Diepenbrock has stepped down

Vytas Mazeika reports that Peter Diepenbrock, successful at Palo Alto High and then Cañada College, is leaving the coaching ranks -- hopefully, just for now.

The most valuable player in the San Mateo area boys basketball ranks -- Peter Pappageorge of Burlingame High -- has committed to play at Cañada College for Coach Peter Diepenbrock.
