Goins turning pro

Former Diablo Valley College and Cal State San Bernardino backcourter Brian Goins has decided it's time to go professional, whether it be in the National Basketball Development League here or abroad.

As a Coyote last season, Goins was a first-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honoree as well as the conference's Newcomer of the Year. He earned those accolades after scoring 15.7 points a game, being in double figures in 22 of his 26 contests and scoring 20 or more points in eight outings. Goins also led his squad with 42 steals.

Agents, general managers of professional teams, coaches and scouts should contact wiretowiresports@gmail.com for information on Goins' availability.
