Croy winning again

Is anyone surprised that former St. Mary's assistant Coach Rick Croy has Cal Baptist performing so well in this his initial season? The 10-0 Lancers finished 14-13 last year and it's not like Croy even had a full allotment of time for recruiting once he was hired. When will a DI school here in northern California wise up?
