Spencer Schwartz followed, scoring 12 points with five blocks, and Keanon Williams had six rebounds with five assists for the Cardinals (7-5, 1-0), who visit Soquel on Friday at 5:30 p.m. in a rematch of the Dads Club championship. Cole Welle led the Mariners (10-3, 0-1) in scoring with 27 points. They will host Harbor on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
