Knight not at Indiana Hall of Fame event

Jeff Eisenberg reports that Bob Knight chose not to attend A.J. Guyton's induction into the Indiana athletics Hall of Fame.

Stream of consciousness thoughts:

Knight's needs to own his history of behavior he would never have tolerated from any of his players. It seems he has never grown up from the "It's Bobby's World and other just reside in it" phase (whatever age that began).

And if we want to have a discussion of great coaches, why couldn't Knight win (53-49 in the Big 12 Conference) at Texas Tech?

On the flip side, there probably are many who would say Knight would be the first person to come to their aid when the situation called for it.
