* San Jose City College 81 - Conta Costa College 62 box

Sophomore guard Stevinaire (Mt. Eden High) Young posted a 12 point, 10 rebound double-double while fellow second-year player Chris (Delano High) Sterling just missed with 14 points plus nine boards.

* Sierra College 76 - West Hills College 50 box

Four Sierra players scored in double figures: Jaquan Dupree 13, Glenn (West Campus High) Lemon, Isaiah (Placer High) Pineiro and Wade (Will C. Wood High) Davis each scored 10 points.

* Las Positas College 82 - Solano College 67

* Diablo Valley College 77 - Feather River College 65

* Merritt College 77 - Fullerton College 66 box

Jovantae (El Cerrito High) Carlton led the Thunderbirds with 14 points, Mike McAlister totaled 12 and Rodney (Freedom High) Pope finished with 11. Denzel (McClymonds High) Bellot scored eight points and, more significantly, grabbed 13 rebounds and passed for six assists, both tops on the team.
