It was Pacific by two, 73-71, over host Western Illinois Friday evening with former CCSF big Gabriel Aguirre scoring the winning basket. Coach Ron Verlin again went large by starting Aguirre and Sami (CCSF) Eleraky. T.J. (Modesto Christian High) Wallace paced the Tigers with 13 points and Raymond (Modesto Christian High) Bowles contributed six points.
Alec (Santa Rosa JC) Kobre came off the bench for eight points, likewise Dulani (CCSF) Robinson whose totals were six rebounds, four assists, three steals and one point.
