From Friday: Sacramento State hosted Menlo College and the Hornets took a 77-68 win, paced by their bigs as Alex Tiffin scored 17 points (in 12 minutes) and Eric Stuteville added 15 (in 17 minutes). The latter just missed a double-double with nine boards.
Tyler Evans, on 8-13 shooting from long distance, paced the Oaks with 25 points. Mikey Eggleton enjoyed a solid game, going for nine points, five assists and a pair of steals.
