In Logan, Utah State tussled with Wayland (Madame was mysteriously absent) before emerging victorious 75-63. For the victors, JoJo McGlaston scored 12 points (6-6 at the foul line) and Sean Harris, in 18 minutes, came close to a double-double with 10 points and eight rebounds plus two blocked shots. He shot 5-5 and his rebounds were evenly split on the offensive and defensive ends. Chris Smith totaled nine points alongside five assists and four boards.
