Coach Rick Croy's Cal Baptist crew defeated Azuza Pacific 87-80 Saturday. Sophomore guard Michael (El Camino High) Smith shot well, going 3-3 overall, 2-2 from beyond the arc and 4-6 at the free throw line to finish with 12 points. He also provided three rebounds and a pair of assists.
Will (Sierra High) Ward totaled 12 points and three boards for AP. He shot 5-6 in the contest.
