The 6-foot-5 shooting guard out of Indianapolis has attended Ball State, a junior college in Florida where he earned academic honors and is currently playing this season at Seminole State College in Oklahoma.
Charleston Southern has offered as has Fresno State and Tulsa.
Ramey is averaging 14.3 points per game shooting 56%, 58% and 76% respectively.
