From Yuba sophomore Emmanuel Malou: "Basketball has taken me to many different states in America, I'm happy to say that my next home will be Iowa State."
Brad Winton tweeted: "Malou is a skilled 6'9 forward. Can score inside & out. Shoots the three, scores it in the low post, solid mid range game, handles it, etc."
He averaged 14.7 points on a team with four double-figure scorers as well as 8.5 rebounds and 3.3 blocked shots a game but curiously didn't make the all state team. Malou was an all-conference honoree but not the MVP.
It appears he has the athleticism and talent to be a dominant force on the court and a must-focus-on for defenders -- let's see how this plays out in 2015-16.
