Interesting point

Ed Isaacson: "The constant referral to players’ “ceilings” is very silly. Conceivably, you can say anything, as there is no good way to accurately guess."

It's true that none of us know the realistic ultimate limit for anyone, not even the prospect himself.

For a youngster who runs and jumps well and possesses a great wingspan but lacks a consistent jumper or the needed range or ball skills, again, none of us can truly forecast the end result. It'a a projection/guess. A kid could become an All Pro, could progress to having an average overall impact or could remain with his best skills being his athleticism.
