USF used a 42-30 second half to pull away and defeat host UC Santa Barbara 75-63 on Wednesday. Gabe (St. Mary's-Stockton) Vincent paced the Gauchos wih 23 points and Jalen Canty tallied 15 points plus seven boards.
The Dons shot just 8-31 from long distance but a remarkable 28-59 overall.
