College basketball opportunity up in Canada

College hoops programs up in Canada has some different regulations in place than those in the United States -- such as five years of eligibility and no 'clock' or age restrictions like the NCAA.

With that in mind, a Canadian university is seeking northern California basketball student-athletes.
