* Good to see Lassen College and Coach Freedman in there as well as Coach Jones and Sacramento City College.
* Yuba will be favored in its side of the bracket but the competition is strong especially so with Feather River, Diablo Valley, Las Positas and Santa Rosa. Who can best match up with the inside-outside game of the 49ers? Our blurry crystal ball (purchased at Miss Cleo's estate sale) has Coach Cornelius' crew facing off with the guys of Coach Rick.
On the other side, City College of San Francisco and Fresno City look to be the final two there. Cañada will also be a tough opponent and will need to get through the San Joaquin-based Rams in order to have another shot at San Francisco. We tried tea leaves on this one and they spelled out CCSF versus Fresno City. Or was it...?
