On Thursday in the Southland, Pomona-Pitzer handled Occidental 68-59 as Corbin (Sacred Heart Prep) Koch shot 6-8 from long distance on his way to scoring 24 points. Micah (Lick-Wilmerding) Elan scored 13 points alongside five rebounds and three assists.
The Sagehens are now 14-9 overall, 10-4 and tied for second in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
