Phil (Franklin High/Western Nebraska College) Fayne provided 15 rebounds and 11 points in aiding Illinois State's 50-46 victory over Southern Illinois on Wednesday.
The Redbirds are now 16-1 in Missouri Valley Conference play and 24-5 overall.
