Doing right in a segment of society that doesn't reward such

Mike Wise: "The old white coach who framed a dead man is still coaching. The black asst. who turned him in? Nope."

"Showtime documentary ‘Disgraced’ resurfaces story of murdered player at Baylor  While head coach Dave Bliss is back on the sideline, former assistant who blew the whistle can’t find a position" -- Mike Wise

It opens with: “At some point in everybody’s career, you’re going to have to face an ethical question. For me, I drew the line at a dead body.”Abar Rouse, former Baylor University men’s basketball assistant coach

Long ago, some college coach should have displayed the moral strength to bring Abar Rouse on board his college coaching staff. It would have been the right thing to do.

Meanwhile, the faux Christian Dave Bliss continues to besmirch his professed religion and its founder. But he's white and one of the good ol' boys. What else is new?
