Find me a shooter ... no, make that an accurate shooter

Yes, it is very early and players need time to adjust and hopefully get comfortable with each other's game but is anybody on any of the prominent northern California travel teams displaying outside shooting prowess at this point? Let's take a look.

6-foot-7 Jonathan (Heritage High) Ned, of the top Team Lillard squad, is 12-28 from three-point range after last weekend's opening tournament. That accuracy and his height is making the 2018 talent a very intriguing prospect.

Tre (El Cerrito High) Gray and Treshon (Grant High) Smoot-Jones need to pick it up although the latter possesses a shining 12/4 assist-to-turnover ratio. They will do so if there first names are any indication.

+++++++

For Team Arsenal, it's 6-foot-8 Jack (Granada High) Kath far ahead of his teammates with 6-9 shooting from long range. Elijah (Bishop O'Dowd) Hardy really needs a major uptick in accuracy especially if his ratio of 31 three-point attempts out of his total of 41 shots continues.

+++++++

No northern California talents on the highest level Oakland Soldiers team is tickling the twine from long distance with any regularity.
