DVC wins, Edmonds honored

Diablo Valley College won its tournament on Sunday with a last second highlight -- from the DVC Basketball Facebook page: "DVC defeats San Jose City in the Championship of the Chevron Invitational 69-67 to improve their record to 5-1. Joe McNiff hit a 3 from the corner at the buzzer for the win. The Vikings were led by Justin Yeargin and Jermaine Edmonds with 14pts each and Connor Jean with 11. Jermaine Edmonds Jr. was named tournament MVP and Joe McNiff was named all tourney."
