MPC would fall behind in double digits and then mount a comeback, then repeat. The score was 40-33 at halftime in favor of the Pleasant Hill-ites, who were paced by Jermaine Edmonds' 19 points. For the Lobos, Shaun Hall posted a 13/10 double-double while Devin Koeplin went for 14 points plus five assists.

San Jose City College 91 - College of Alameda 81 boxscore
This one was a battle all evening with CoA up by three, 37-34, after 20 minutes. Opening up the period, the Jaguars forced the ball inside for points and Alameda went cold. Bobby Gray went for 30 points for SJCC while Aris Morton topped CoA with 26 points and Cruz Ginns earned a 21/11 double-double alongside four blocked shots.

Ohlone College 86 - Merritt College 83
Merritt was down by four after the opening period, 40-36.
With 2:26 remaining in the game, Casey Norris put Ohlone ahead 80-76 with a pair of free throws.
At the 2:05 mark, Marcus Green scored for the Thunderbirds to cut the lead to two, 80-78.
For the Renegades, Andy Mitchell hit a driving layup to put his team back up by four, 82-78.
With 44 seconds on the clock, Denzel Bellott nailed a trey from near the right corner to make it 82-81 Ohlone.
On a dribble drive, Casey Morris was fouled and buried two free throws to put Ohlone back up by three with 21 seconds showing.
Bellot subsequently missed a three-point try and Morris rebounded and was fouled with nine seconds remaining. He replicated his earlier set of foul shots to provide the Renegades with an 86-81 margin.
Maceo Bell then scored on a putback and that proved to be the final scoring of the night.
