California pulled the upset of the night, topping #1 Arizona 60-58. For the Wildcats, Aaron Gordon totaled eight points, 13 boards and six assists but Brandon Ashley went scoreless (taking just two shots) and left early with what was described as a broken foot. Nick Johnson shot 1-14 and, as a team, Arizona finished at 32% shooting. It was Justin Cobbs' shot bear the end that gave the Bears the lead.
