Jim Seimas goes long in writing about the miniscule amounts the various coaches earn at UC Santa Cruz.
The bottom line (irony intended) is each coach should at least be receiving a full time benefits package due to the number of hours each is actually working. That's simply being just.
Not offering such should be embarrassing, but apparently it isn't.
