Another NCAA change proposal

Raphielle Johnson looks at a change proposed by the NCAA to eliminate fifth-year transfers from playing immediately. One positive that could come out of this is student-athletes having the opportunity to earn an advanced degree via six years of eligibility. But the change seems to be connected to power and control most of all.
