Ali with strong junior year

For the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders, junior point Hameed Ali averaged 8.0 points and 2.0 rebounds a contest alongside 79 assists versus 34 turnovers. He shot 41%, 39% and 73% respectively. Ali's 37 steals were third on the team. He enjoyed 29 starts on the season, playing 25.4 minutes an outing.
