Cones goes with Humboldt State

From a coaching source: Drew Cones, a sophomore at Los Medanos College, is moving on to Humboldt State, a member of the California Collegiate Athletic Association. That means he'll be back in the Bay Area when the Lumberjacks plays San Francisco State, Cal State East Bay, Sonoma State and the like.

The 5-foot-10 sophomore out of Antioch High averaged 18.0 points this past season, shooting 49%, 49% and 84% respectively. Cones also posted 3.9 assists and 3.3 rebounds a contest.
