It took two overtimes before a winner was declared and that was California, 78-76, versus visiting Montana on Wednesday.
Mario Dunn stuffed the stat sheet with seven points, seven assists, five rebounds and three steals for the Grizz. He played 45 minutes. Teammate Jermaine Edmonds Jr. finished with 12 points.
Jabari Bird did not play for the Bears due to a foot injury.
