Sacramento State hosted Utah Valley last night and came away with a 65-56 victory. Mikh McKinney stuffed the stat sheet with 13 points, six assists, five boards and a trio of steals.
For the visitors, sophomore Zach (Yuba City High) Nelson and senior Brenden (Modesto JC/Sonora High) Evans both started. The former posted a line of nine points plus nine rebounds, two assists and the same number of steals while his teammate enjoyed four rebounds, three assists and two steals.
