In a Thursday evening matchup that finished tighter than expected, host Utah State proved to be one point better than Cal State Bakersfield, 57-56. Former Yuba College star Chris Smith finished second in scoring for the Aggies with 15 points. Sophomore guard JoJo (Dublin High) McGlaston tallied one point.
