Schneider goes with the Aggies

UC Davis has received a verbal from Joe Schneider out of Lansing, Michigan. He measures 6-foot-1, 180 pounds.

A four year varsity high school player, he started three of those seasons.

One thing is definitely certain: he is associated with winning:

* Senior year: 25-0, 5A State Champions, Player of the Year, First Team all-state
* Junior year: 22-2, State runner up, all-state selection
* Sophomore year: 20-5, State Tournament Final 4
* Freshman year: 18-6, State Tournament Final 4

Schneider also played quarterback on the Lansing football team, starting as a sophomore, until he decided to stick with basketball due to an injury.

He spent time at Air Force Prep (the one-year academy in Colorado Springs before actually becoming a Falcon) until he decided he wanted to pursue a different destination.
