Community college thoughts on Monday

Rambling thoughts and disconnected items of the community college variety:

* Is Cañada's Peter Pappageorge a D-1 recruit? Opinions from various coaches in attendance at the Foot5hill Juco Summer Slam were mixed.

* Chabot's Kyle Luckett is quite the intriguing prospect.There was nobody to match up with him over the weekend at the Foothill Juco Summer Slam but the 7-footer needs additional strength and bulk in order to accentuate his other skills and athletic ability in the play-for-pay next step. He has no D-1 eligibility.

* We are fascinated and will be following where Yuba's Michael McChristian eventually ends up. He bring multiple skills to the court but will D-1 coaches see him as a point? Is his outside shot enough of a threat to force defenders to come out on him?
