Checking in on Kyle Toth & Janvier Alaby

Former Archbishop Mitty guard Kyle Toth played as a freshman at Army in 2012-13 and averaged 8.2 points an outing. The season prior, he attended the U.S. Military Academy Prep School, the usual landing spot for basketball talents entering West Point.

This season at Foothill College, the 6-foot-1 Toth is averaging a team-leading 15.6 points per game while shooting 43%, 41% and 89% respectively for Coach Matt Stanley. Plus, add in 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists each night.

Another Owl to watch is 6-foot-2 freshman Janvier Alaby. Out of the San Diego area, he is scoring 13.0 points a contest on 48%, 48% and 70% shooting as well as 3.9 boards and 2.6 assists. Alaby is extremely quick and looks to have DI potential.
