UCONN men's basketball lost money in 2012-13?

Chas Wolfe offers another interesting tweet: "2012-13 Basketball Finances Kentucky Revenue: $23,201,795 Expenses: $13,672,723 UConn Revenue: $6,147,947 Expenses: $7,293,895"

Now maybe UCONN missed on a certain amount of revenue due to being ineligible for the Big Dance because of academic shortcomings but it's still hard to believe men's basketball was upside down by over a million dollars.

Also, here's Jeff Goodman back in 2012 ironically writing that Kevin Ollie is inheriting a very tough situation.
