Marcus Thompson II urges Cal's AD to for someone who can recruit (especially the Bay Area but don't forget Sacramento) and coach.
Add in a third ingredient: someone who can generate a cult of personality and is media savvy. Such would open up a number of currently closed doors. When Arizona or UCLA wants you, Cal needs just such a edge.
Granted, these type of individuals are few and far between but do exist. Can Cal interest one of them?
