Parsons aids Salt Lake victory, Payton does the same in game two

Salt Lake Community College opened the season on a high note with a 90-74 win over host Tohono O'odham Community College.

In that victory, 6-foot-7 sophomore  De'Sean Parsons scored nine points for the victorious Bruins.

Also on the SLCC roster, is former Modesto Christian guard now a sophomore, Zerrion Payton. In the second game of the season (a 54-48 win over Glendale Community College), he contributed 11 points plus four assists.
